• Documents used for visa application
o Original passport Must be valid for at least 6 months, have at least 3 blank pages with old passport (if any).
o Two 2-inch color photographs, not older than 6 months (white or blue background only).

o Financial evidence for the past 6 months with a money guarantee from the bank
o Proof of air ticket booking
o Proof of hotel booking
o Travel insurance in the amount not exceeding 2,000,000 baht
o A completed visa application form
