o Passports / both old and new ones (if any) / with copies
o 2 inches white background color / 2 pictures (straight face photo without glasses)
o Certificate of employment (in English) stating position, salary and date of employment (original)
o Copy of company certificate (In the case of company ownership) and evidence of the company financial
o Copy of ID card
o Copy of house registration
o Evidence of financial statements using a personal statement for the past 6 months or a letter from a bank or personal savings account with a passbook (original)
o Invitation letter from abroad (business)
o Copy of marriage / divorce / death certificates (if any)
o Copy of name-last name change certificate (if any)
o Copy of birth certificate (In case of children under 20 years old)
o Documents for seat reservations
o Hotel reservation
o Travel insurance
o Power of attorney (English)
o Home and mobile phone numbers (of the traveler)
